Forget me not: Big adventures and experiences of April

On friday 4. of April before my friend (Johi) had arrived I was at Byens Rum helping with building the wall for our Idea factory office. I have to say that I didnt expect to actually build the wall, I thought we will help with something much more easier. Because not everyone from Idea factory was a

ble to go there on friday, it was just me and Ivett who went there. You should have seen us in the morning when they told us that we will work with circular saw and screwdriver.... our frightened faces were priceless , but at the end we managed to cut the beams and screwed them together. When others from Idea factory came later that they they were surprised what we have done. I can say it was great experience it make us appreciate our office even more.

As a thanks for working at Orkester Norden project we got a chance to go to Musikkens Hus to see Pirates of Carribean concert played by Aalborg Symphonic Orchestra. It was really unusual experience, because they were streaming the film and the Orchestra was playing all the music in the film. Sometimes I felt like the dialogues in the film are disturbing me from listening to the orchestra and sometimes you could not hear what they were saying in the film. The thing I was the most amazed by is the inventive way how the conductor gets to know when the music is supposed to start. He had his own headphones and screen in front of him with the film and clock and with some visual signals indicating when is the right time to let musicians play (white, orange and green shifting lines over the screen and flickering white circle... I dont understand how he was able to keep looking at those signals for the whole concert).

On friday we finally finished working on Africa project. Working on this project really tested my nerves and ability not to quit when all other people you are supposed to work with are acting like idiots and are not responding to your messages or coming to appointed meetings. That is how things ended up when you entrust organization to people with big ego and no organizational skills whatsoever. To make it short, when they did not show up for meeting we got confirmation to print the banners from our design teachers and the banners are now oficially printed out and ready to be placed at Food College for the Pure business event.
