Verča and Jindra decided to visit Amsterdam. They did not come by plane or bus, but they were hitchhiking. They started their journey on friday afternoon, so we were not expecting them earlier than on sunday, but they were very lucky and they reached Amsterdam on saturday morning. Saturday was our day off so we were able to meet them and show them little bit of Amsterdam. We walked throught city center. On saturday a big gay pride took place in Amsterdam, so the city was full of people, some of them were dressed in very strange and crazy way and there were colourful confetti everywhere. The next day we met them after work at muzeumplein, where we were chilling and having picnick, because they had rent bikes, we took them for a ride throught Vondelpark and then throught city centre back home. On our way home we were stopping sometimes to take a pictures, why I am writing about that? Because we were at Nieuwmarkt where we stopped by to buy the most delicious ice cream. We locked our bikes and Verča asked Jindra where is their bag. They realised that Jindra had left their bag in front of a small galery shop where we were admiring big hippo sculpture and that was pretty far from Nieuwmarkt. So guys went back as quick as possible while we, me and Verča, were waiting on Nieuwmarkt. After while my phone rang and Verča was calling me, but of course it was not Verča because her and Jindra's phones were in that bag. Some strange people found a bag and their were asking if it is our bag and where we are right now. Meanwhile guys returned with pretty sad faces, but they smiled after we told them that some guys found this bag. So after few minutes of waiting they got their bag back and we could celebrate it with a delicious ice cream. Looks like there are still kind people! During their stay here we made also a trip with Taibo to Naarden, where we walked around a city and in the evening we went for a coffee to EYE museum. The other day they went to Den Haag so it was our last evening with them. I would say that they were the most adventurous visitors, who came to visit us.
