On Monday Honza had a day off and I had finnished working on Sunday, so we both had day off. So I made a plan that we could visit Zaandam, because all time we are here we were talking about how we would like to see this weird hotel in Zaandam. So finally we made it. It was a really nice 15 km long journey throught Amsterdam Noord. Pretty small houses surounded by pretty nature and nice weather accompanied us all the way to Zaandam. We parked our bikes and walk throught city center, there is long straight promenade witch ends at the train station, which looks like colorful scene from theatre. In the same mood they buld here also town hall and Inntel hotel, which looks like patchwork of old green dutch houses. Then we stopped in Primark and made yourself happy :) . We could not resist. Then we walked slowly back to place where we had oarked our bikes. We did not realised it was after 5 o'clock ( it is a time when most of the shops and caffees are closing down) and we went to coffee which looked open, but luckily guy here was so kind and he let us stay here, so we could get a coffee and delicious cake. After we had eaten our cakes we went back home.
