This post is about the most beautiful week since the end of August. It was my first week off after quite long time ( I do not count my week at home because due to ilness I was not able to enjoyed it as much as I wanted to). I was the most happiest person when I had finaly landed in my beloved city and I could finaly start to enjoy my days off. Because I was flying from Aalborg I was waiting for a quite a long time for my suitcases, but then I could finaly reunite with Jan, who was waiting for me at the airport. It was really nice to be back in Amsterdam and be with him again.
Waiting and working at one secret project at the Aalborg airport ;)
Welcome snack at the train from Schiphol airport to Centraal station
When we had woke up the next day the weather was really beautiful, we went to the city to get a lunch at la Place (delicious big pizza). On our way to Kalverstraat where La Place is, we had a chance to see how they are pulling bikes from the gracht. After lunch we went to London pub to have a coffe with Bláža and to see Karlos who is working here. Then Honza had a surprise for me, he wanted to do it everytime I was in Amsterdam, but Bláža was eather ill or has a problems with his riksha, but this time everything was ok, so we went for city tour in riksha. We drove through Jordaan and other not that much touristic but really beautiful places.

Bike fishing season is here!
The next day we went to WG café and on our way there we stopped by to see small houses in the gap between houses number 54 and 70 at Westerstaat. From WG café we cycled through Vondelpark, which looks really nice this autumn day. Then we stopped by het Muziektheater, I had been told to wait outside that he will just go inside and bring a program. I was waiting for a quite a long time untill he finally showed up with a program. When I opened it I found tickets for ballet Don Quichot. I was so excited and happy. As we were cycling through Dam square we noticed that roundabouts are back in the city. We hesitated if we should go or not, but then we decided that we are brave enough to go there. It was adrenalin experience to be at roundabout which was higher than Madam Tussaud museum at Dam. In the evening we went to Přéma´s birthday party at prema and Eliška place at Noord. It was really nice to see them again.
Advertising agency decided to restore normality and build the seven missing row houses. In the gap. Between the buildings…

The plan for friday was to go on a trip to Zaandam. We had grabed our coffee at al Ponte at IJ plein, which is small café owned by italian woman. With our coffees in our hands we took a ferry to Centraal station and then a train to Zaandam. It is always weird feeling entering Zaandam through train station, because you find yourself in the middle of a square surrounded by buildings which looks like buildings from fairy tale or Potemkin villages :D. We went for a walk through center, ate olie boilen and went foto the Primark here. I had bought dress here, which I had worn lately this day. When we had came back from Zaandam we dressed up and went to the theatre. The performance was amazing, all the dancers were really excelent. I am so glad that I had a chance to see another classical ballet and that I had a chance to visit het Muziektheater. Dutch National ballet dancers are excelent, especialy guys, I haven´t seen such a good male dancers yet.
