Last week we (me, Ela nd Grumpy) went to Copenhagen, because we were invited for entrance exam for E-conncept development, which was on Wednesday. So On Tuesday morning we woke up early to get on the bus direction Copenhagen. The highlight of the journey was sailing on a ferry from Aarhus to Sjælland Odde. Then we get on the bus again and after less than 2 hours we were at Valby station in Copenhagen. Then we took S-train and our journeys divided for a while; me and Ela we went to find our accomodation and Grumpy his. After short walk we arrived to the place of our accomodation we have rented for our Copenhagen stay.It was right in the famous hipster Versterbro district close to the city center.
We unpacked, rested little bit, charged up our phones and decided to take a walk and find a place where the school is and where we will attend entrance exam on Wednesday. Close to the Tycho Brahe Planetarium we bump right into Grumpy, what a coincidence in such big city. Because he still had a time before he could check-in, he went with us to find where the Bispevej campus is.
On our way there we walked through famous Den Røde Plads, which I knew from instgram pictures, but had no idea where in the Copenhagen this is. So now I know.
After we finally found the school, Grumpy took a bus back to the city center to check-in and we then walked slowly back. Like if this 12 km trip would not be enough, in the evening we decided to take a walk from Vesterbro to Christiania through Christianshavns Vold and back. It was a nice walk along the water, where we found nicely designed pier with slide to water: Kalvebod Bølge. After lonng day our feets were already full of blisters so we were happy to be back at our place and take some rest before the next day adventures.
